Nature's Bounty

It's easy to find gorgeous beans like these once you train your eye to look for their color, shape, and texture.

The lighter "corkies" are usually found along the top edge of what is known as the wrack, which is the line of seaweed and debris that lies along the shore at the tide line.

The heavier, shiny ones called shinies, can sometimes be found just below that line, half-buried in the sand or mixed in with the seaweed. Use your hand or foot or a stick to push the seaweed aside, turn it over - you may find something interesting.

Good Luck and Happy Beaning!
